DELIVERY, TAXES & RETURNS


SHIPPING FEES, TAXES, AND INTERNATIONAL DUTIES

All prices are VAT included and shipping charges, taxes and duties may apply. All relevant shipping fees, import taxes, and duties will be charged at such time as the Product is ready for shipment. The costs of shipping and any import taxes, and duties paid are non-refundable. International orders will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and could potentially incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. The product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority. These payments must be fulfilled in order for your order to be released from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office.

CONDITIONS OF TRANSPORT AND RETURN FASHION:

Once the order has been placed, we will do our best to send you your order as quickly as possible. Depending on the country of destination, we will give you the approximate date. If you would like more information about a special destination, please contact us directly.

You have the right to withdraw a product from the Fashion section purchased within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your wish during these fourteen days. You must send us the product within 30 days of receiving the order.

The conditions required for a refund are the following and all must be respected:

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition, new, intact, unused, unwashed, with the original label.

The certificate of authenticity must also be sent in the package and in the same state of origin.

No product returns will be accepted without the Brand identification label on the product, as in its original state (without having been neither cut nor manipulated).

Steps for the preparation of the return:

1. Prepare the package respecting each and every one of the conditions 🔝.

2. You have the option to send us the package with your local transport company or if you prefer, ask us for a quote with our transport company. To do so, contact us at contact@almadkj.com

3. Deposit your package at the transport company or post office.

4. Once the package has been received, our team will validate that the product meets each and every one of the conditions requeridas🔝. If the validation is positive, KJJ TALENT GROUP will execute the refund.

CONDITIONS OF TRANSPORT AND RETURN OF ART:

  • FREE TRANSPORTATION J+10*: Art prints have an extra time due to the completion of the printing. We will keep you informed of the delivery time by email.
  • RETURN ARTISTIC PRINT: The artistic print has a stamp on the back with the signature of the artist KJJ and the date of purchase. For this reason, we do not accept returns of this product..
